Saudi Local Exhibition Partner
International companies exhibiting in Saudi Arabia for the first time consistently cite the same challenge: navigating a system where everything that matters — permits, venue approvals, organiser liaison, on-site authority relationships — happens in Arabic, on Saudi time, through channels that are not accessible from abroad. RITM Event exists to solve exactly that problem. We are the Riyadh-based local partner that handles every Saudi-side requirement so that international exhibiting companies can arrive in Riyadh and focus entirely on the people they came to meet.
Talk to Our Team →A local partner is not legally required in every Saudi exhibition scenario — but the practical reality is that international teams without local support face consistent and predictable problems: delayed permit approvals (because the submission was in English, or submitted through the wrong channel), stand build complications (because the contractor didn't know the venue's unstated rules), and lost opportunities on the show floor (because no one on the stand could engage Saudi government visitors in Arabic).
The Saudi exhibition permit and regulatory environment is well-defined — but it is an Arabic-language environment operated through Saudi networks. A local partner with established relationships with show organisers, venue authorities, and permit bodies navigates that environment in a fraction of the time and with a fraction of the friction that an international team attempting to manage it remotely will experience.
SECA registration, organiser technical submission, venue authority approval, electrical engineer sign-off, and municipal permits — all submitted in Arabic by our Riyadh team. International clients deal only with us.
Custom stand design to your brand standards, fabricated and built locally in Riyadh. No international freight required for the stand structure. Compliant with Saudi venue regulations from the first design iteration.
For materials shipped from abroad, we coordinate with freight forwarders on Saudi Customs clearance, ATA Carnet processing, and final delivery to the venue. For locally sourced materials, we manage the full supply chain in Riyadh.
A RITM Event project manager is present on the stand throughout the show — engaging Saudi Arabic-speaking visitors, managing any venue or organiser issues in Arabic, and supporting your English-speaking team throughout. The language gap that undermines so many international exhibition stands is eliminated.
Technically possible in some cases, but in practice: permit submissions are in Arabic, organiser technical contacts prefer to deal with Saudi numbers and email addresses, and electrical sign-off requires a Saudi-licensed engineer physically present at the venue. Without a local presence, each of these steps creates friction and delay.
Yes. We are happy to build to a design supplied by your home-country design agency — we handle the Saudi-side regulatory compliance, material substitutions if required, and all fabrication and build in Riyadh. Alternatively, our in-house design team can create the stand concept directly.
This is exactly where a local partner earns its value. On-site problems at Saudi exhibitions — electrical issues, last-minute organiser requirements, late delivery of materials — are navigable with an Arabic-speaking project manager who knows the venue staff and the organiser team. They are significantly more difficult for an international team operating in an unfamiliar environment.
