Every Stage, One Partner

Stage 1 — Strategy and Show Selection

For companies new to Saudi exhibitions, we begin with a brief on the Saudi exhibition landscape specific to your sector — which shows attract your target audience, what exhibitor investment is typical, what objectives are realistic for a first or second participation. For experienced Saudi exhibitors, we begin directly with stand briefing.

Stage 2 — Stand Design

Custom 3D stand concept to your brand guidelines. Photorealistic renders for approval before any fabrication. Full Saudi venue compliance — height, electrical load, fire safety — built into the design from the first iteration, not retrofitted after the organiser's technical rejection.

Stage 3 — Permitting

SECA registration, organiser technical submission, venue authority approval, electrical engineer appointment, and sign-off certificate — complete regulatory compliance managed in Arabic by our Riyadh team without any requirement for client-side engagement with Saudi authorities.

Stage 4 — Logistics

For internationally shipped items: freight route selection, forwarder briefing, ATA Carnet coordination, Saudi Customs clearance, and venue delivery. For locally sourced items: direct supply from our Riyadh supply network. The stand structure is fabricated locally — no international freight for the stand shell.

Stage 5 — Stand Build

Supervised on-site build during the show build-up period. Structural installation, electrical connection, AV integration, graphics application, furniture placement, and hospitality setup — daily progress reported to the client. Final punch list check before doors open.

Stage 6 — Show Operations

RITM Event project manager present on the stand throughout the show — managing Arabic-speaking visitor engagement, coordinating any organiser or venue requirements in Arabic, overseeing stand hospitality, maintaining stock and literature levels, and supporting the client's sales team throughout.

Stage 7 — Demobilisation

Organised stand breakdown after show close. Client materials packaged and either stored at our Riyadh facility or arranged for return shipment with ATA Carnet re-export processing. Venue clearance confirmed and all organiser demobilisation requirements met.
