RECC venue specifications are strict: The Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre applies specific rules on maximum stand heights by hall, LED screen brightness limits, rigging weights, and generator use. Non-compliant designs are rejected by organiser technical review. Every RITM Event design is produced to RECC specification from day one.
LEAP organiser approval process: All stand designs must be submitted to and approved by the LEAP show organisers before build can begin. RITM Event manages the full submission and approval process in Arabic with the organiser team, including handling revision requests without delay to the overall project timeline.
International import requirements: Companies bringing exhibition materials into Saudi Arabia for LEAP need ATA carnet documentation, Saudi Customs clearance, and in some cases Ministry approval. RITM Event handles all import logistics for international LEAP exhibitors as part of the full service.
