Early planning gives time to develop a layout for product display, meetings or demonstrations, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate approvals and fabrication. RITM Event can advise on a practical production schedule after reviewing your allocated space and organiser requirements.
RITM Event can prepare the technical drawings and supporting stand documentation required for organiser or venue review, then coordinate the submission process with your exhibition team. Final approvals remain with the relevant organiser and venue. Please share your exhibitor manual, stand package and deadlines so the build can be planned against the correct requirements.
