We manage all of them under a single contract — selecting, briefing, scheduling, and quality-checking each trade so you do not need to manage multiple supplier relationships in a city you may never have visited.
Saudi exhibition venues operate under Civil Defence fire safety regulations. Show organisers additionally publish their own technical manuals. We prepare all required documentation — structural calculations, electrical schematics, fire-retardancy certificates — and manage the organiser's approval process in Arabic, so your stand clears every check before build-up begins.
We have worked repeatedly with the operations teams at RICEC, Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, and other Riyadh venues. We know their loading procedures, their preferred communication channels, and their real-world requirements — not just what is written in the technical manual. These relationships prevent delays at the venue gate on build-up day.
International companies — particularly those from Germany, South Korea, China, and the UK — regularly face delays because their international exhibition supplier cannot produce required documentation in Arabic or communicate directly with Saudi organiser representatives. Every document we prepare is bilingual. Every phone call to the organiser is in Arabic.
All installation and dismantling work at Saudi exhibitions must comply with Saudi labour regulations and venue-specific health and safety requirements. Our crew are trained to these standards. We maintain required induction records, PPE compliance, and working-at-height permits — ensuring your project does not attract a venue-issued stop-work notice during build-up.
We understand that most of our international clients — from the USA, the UK, India, and across Europe — cannot be physically present during the Riyadh build. Our project managers send timed photographic updates at key build milestones, and provide a video walkthrough of the completed stand before handover. You sign off remotely, with full confidence in what you will see when you arrive at the show.
